CrossFit110 Sunday yoga classes focus on the major groups of yoga poses: Sun Salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends, and inversions. Each class is slightly different and is appropriate for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between. These hour-long sessions will allow you to lengthen your tight or sore muscles, to relax your mind and body, and will help develop that much-needed flexibility to keep you CrossFitting forever!

Kim Goldner leads yoga classes at CrossFit110. Kim has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and became a certified yoga instructor in 2000. She has trained in numerous styles including Iyengar, Kripalu, Ashtanga and Svaroopa, and uses a blended approach in her teaching. Kim brings a fun, relaxed, and humorous vibe to her yoga instruction.

When and Where?

We are currently only offering yoga classes on Sunday mornings. Yoga classes are held at our facility at 290 Littleton Road, Chelmsford MA.
