Welcome CrossFit110’s new General Manager

As you all know, things are busy for us at CrossFit110, and change is abound.  Because of that, Jim and I felt that it was time to invest in a General Manager who would bring experience, passion, time and attention to our coaching staff and community. We are very happy to announce that we have selected Kim Goldner to be CrossFit110’s new general manager.

We hired Kim, not only because she is an experienced and motivational coach who knows and understands the needs of our community personally, but also because she has extensive experience as a manager in the fitness industry.

Kim has been with Crossfit110 as either a member or a coach since we opened in January 2012.  She has proven herself to be an inspiring leader, a passionate fitness expert, bringing over 20 years of experience in the industry, and a true friend to us all. She’s also a decent Crossfit competitor herself, finishing in the top 100 in the world in her age group during the 2017 Master’s Qualifiers.

Kim holds a B.S. in Biology and Physiology from Smith College, and spent over 5 years as the Fitness Director for Forever Fit prior to moving to Westford.   As Fitness Director of a large gym, Kim was tasked with overseeing the day to day operations, training and supporting the coaching staff and maintaining member relations. Additionally, Kim worked in the public health field as an educator with Girls, Inc. in Worcester, MA.

We are thrilled to be able to promote Kim to this new roll at CrossFit110. Her experience, energy, ideas, and leadership will be a great benefit to our community. Please join us in welcoming her into this new role.
