I was always really overweight as a kid and was up until high school and then I got into wrestling which really got me into mentally and physically pushing myself to my limits. Then after highschool I got overweight again freshmen year of college and needed to find that push again which is where crossfit came in and let me push myself and my limits again. Being in the gym and seeing how excited people get to workout and get those new PRs and the family type of atmosphere that crossfit generates made me want to be more involved. That ultimately lead me to wanting to coach!
