My fitness/coaching journey started in 2011 when I got certified as a Zumba instructor. The constant cardio endurance helped me lose weight which I have struggled with my whole life. Then in 2014 I was introduced to Crossfit and just fell in love with the style of fitness and community that it fosters. At that point I had needed a change from Zumba to help build muscle and strength. In 2017 I decided to get my L1 so that I can share my enthusiasm for the sport with others’. I love working with the people and community to help them attain their individual fitness goals, whatever they may be.
