CrossFit110 is pleased to offer a variety of courses to suit all levels, schedules, and preferences. See below for a list of currently scheduled programs.
Group Training may not be where you need or want to go. In that case, CrossFit 110 can help you one on one with personal training. Personal training sessions are a complete workout customized to your exact needs. Whether you are rehabbing from an injury or building strength and confidence to ultimately move into our group classes, working one on one with our certified trainers can help you achieve any goal you set for yourself.
Simply put, CrossFit can make you better: you will feel better, move better, live better, want better and be better for doing it. CrossFit helps us in all areas of our lives. Through this workout (a high-intensity, constantly varied workout that combines weightlifting, gymnastics (think body weight movements), and aerobic conditioning), we get used to doing HARD things. We get used to being UNCOMFORTABLE. We get used to challenging ourselves, and thus, challenges in LIFE don’t worry us so much anymore.
We understand that we are capable, we achieve, we get results. We PRACTICE doing the hard work for our one-hour workouts and, lo and behold, the hard things in our lives don’t intimidate us so much anymore. Seriously. Come see for yourself!
Metabolic Conditioning means we GO. For those who would prefer a lighter weight training workout, mixed with interval-based cardiovascular training, this is your workout. These are longer, cardio-based workouts that do not prescribe a weight for the workout. You will be using kettlebells, slam balls, barbells, and wallballs to get a great whole-body workout. 8:00 a.m. weekdays and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays except Thursdays.
They say, “Abs are made in the kitchen,” but what does that really mean? Does that mean you eat salad for every meal and never go out with friends? That wouldn’t work for us, and we wouldn’t expect it to work for you! Nutrition coaching is different for everyone, and we will work one on one with you to determine how to improve your nutrition AROUND your regular life. To get the most out of your investment in your health you need to fuel your body with whole, nutritious foods. Instead of a crash diet and a complete lifestyle overhaul, this program is about sustainability with guidelines and habits that will leave you with the body you want for the rest of your life!
Thursdays 4:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. (for ages 7 to 12)
This high-energy, fun filled class is designed to introduce your son or daughter to fitness in a friendly, small group environment. Classes are taught by a CrossFit L2/CrossFit Kids certified trainer. All movements can be modified to your child’s strength and ability level. Classes run in 6 week sessions, giving participants the opportunity to build strength, stamina and confidence through physical challenges and workouts. It’s seriously strong fun!
Fridays 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (for ages 11-17)
Develop strength, muscular endurance, and conditioning in this class designed specifically for teens. Laying the foundation for proper movement mechanics in all activities, this program can benefit everyone–from athletes in their off- (or on-) season to those looking to stay active after school. Our kids are developing the habits they will have for a lifetime; help them choose the healthy ones like exercise and fitness!
