Private Group Training

CrossFit110 offer private sessions for individuals as well as small, private sessions for groups of up to ten people. This program is intended to be a transitional class for those who feel they need more of a customized approach to ramping up their CrossFit understanding or who need more individual attention to learn foundational movements.

Classes meet three days a week. There will be a warm up, 15 to 20 minutes worth of strength training. Longer workouts will have participants active for 20 to 30 minutes. These sessions may include basic modifications to Olympic lifts and traditional strength movements.  All modifications will be made based on fitness level, ability, and safety.

When and where?

Private sessions are schedule around the individual or group’s availability and around the coach’s availability.

Sessions are held at our facility at 290 Littleton Road, Chelmsford MA.
