Welcome!  We are excited you found us.  We believe CrossFit has the ability to enhance the lives of every member who comes through our doors and we look forward to the opportunity to deliver those same life changing benefits to you!

We know that sometimes just getting through the front door can be the hardest part of starting a new fitness journey.  Therefore, we offer all new members a “getting started special” to help you make that first step!

  • $69 for one 30 day unlimited class memberships (includes On Ramp Class).  Only 1 per couple.  Valid for 60 days from date of purchase.  


Do you have previous CrossFit Experience?

If you have previous CrossFit experience and/or completed a CrossFit On Ramp Program at another location and would like to try a class, we welcome you to drop into any regularly scheduled class at no charge.  Come a few minutes early to fill out a waiver!

Are you brand new to CrossFit?

If you are brand new to CrossFit you we know that starting a new fitness journey like CrossFit can be intimidating for some.  CrossFit110 prides itself on its warm supportive environment and highly trained staff of coaches.  To help you get better acquainted with the program and to give us a chance to get to know you better we recommend you sign up for our Getting Started On-Ramp program by filling out the form below.

This program is designed specifically for those with no previous experience with CrossFit.  Participants will get an introduction to the CrossFit methodology and a review of typical movements found in our classes.  Participants can expect a general assessment and recommendations for modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, and abilities.  Each introductory class ends with a sample CrossFit workout suited for new members!  Make sure to dress appropriately.

Our weekly On Ramp course runs every Monday (Part 1) & Wednesday night (Part 2) from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

*Private On-Ramps can be scheduled by appointment only for an additional fee of $25/hour.
