A high-intensity, constantly varied workout that combines weightlifting, gymnastics and body weight movements for the best aerobic conditioning of your life.

Kid's & Teen's CrossFit

A high-energy, fun filled class is designed to introduce kids (7-12 year olds) or teens (12-16 year olds) to fitness in a friendly, small group environment.

Personal Training

Work one-on-one with a certified trainer to achieve any goal you set for yourself in a safe, individual session.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is different for everyone. We will work one-on-one with you to determine how to improve your nutrition around your everyday life.

Teen Weightlifting

Develop strength, endurance, and conditioning in this class designed specifically for teens. This class reinforces for proper movement mechanics so our teens can stay injury- free.
