Teen Weightlifting

Learning the fundamentals of weight training help our young athletes develop injury-proof bodies and increased skill and confidence in sports, fitness and life. Ages 11-16

Crossfit Kids

Fun, engaging, movement oriented classes to get our youngest athletes ready to take on the world. From fitness fundamentals to teamwork and camaraderie, we cover it all in this class. Ages 6-10
