There are two ways to get started at CrossFit110. CrossFit110 welcomes all individuals interested in improving or maintaining their physical fitness, or those who are interested in CrossFit to add a social component to their workouts.
The New Member Special $209 includes:
- Two (2) one-on-one personal training sessions (one before your first class and a second before the end of your first month)
- Unlimited one-month membership
- Nutrition consultation & goal-setting session
The On-Ramp Single Session $75 (for those with previous CrossFit experience) includes:
- One-hour review of weightlifting and essential CrossFit moves
- Mini-goal setting session
