Getting Started

There are two ways to get started at CrossFit110. CrossFit110 welcomes all individuals interested in improving or maintaining their physical fitness, or those who are interested in CrossFit to add a social component to their workouts.

The New Member Special $209 includes:

  • Two (2) one-on-one personal training sessions (one before your first class and a second before the end of your first month)
  • Unlimited one-month membership
  • Nutrition consultation & goal-setting session

The On-Ramp Single Session $75 (for those with previous CrossFit experience) includes:

  • One-hour review of weightlifting and essential CrossFit moves
  • Mini-goal setting session
