Free Trial Workout

We welcome you to stop by during any of our scheduled classes to take a look around or view what a typical CrossFit class is like.  If you have previous CrossFit experience you are welcome to drop-in to any regularly scheduled CrossFit class.

Anyone with no previous experience with CrossFit is encouraged to sign up for our FREE On Ramp Course to get a proper introduction to CrossFit Programming and adequate introduction to the movements.  Each On Ramp class ends with a CrossFit Workout to give our new members a good understanding of what to expect prior to making any commitment.

If you are only interested in a FREE TRIAL but do not have previous CrossFit experience you are welcome to drop into our Saturday 8am CrossFit class.  Coaches are prepared to accommodate and modify movements for new members of any fitness level.
