The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.
To me there is no greater challenge (or joy) than to live each day to the fullest of my potential. I offer that same challenge to my members, my clients, and my staff everyday. Let’s live on purpose! Let’s constantly strive to bring the best of what we have in us to every endeavor we undertake. Difficult? Yes! But no more difficult than living an unhappy, unfulfilled life. As an owner and a coach, I truly believe that with a strong mind and a healthy body, all things are possible. When you join us at CF110, you join a community of people who live deliberately; who choose, day in and day out, to be the best version of themselves. Come try it out for yourself. We would love to have you!
I’ve been an athlete since a young age. I’ve always enjoyed researching proper movement and injury prevention methods. Through that, I knew I wanted to help other athletes stay healthy and move well. I received my Level 1 Certification in July 2017 and have been coaching at Crossfit 110 ever since. Recently I received my L2 CF trainer certification which re-inspired me to keep seeking better ways to increase my own and our members’ fitness, and to stay healthy over the long term. I love sharing what I know and learn with all of you at CF110. Let me know how I can help you.
Committed, kind and knowledgable, Greg is the kind of coach you want in your corner. I’ve been coaching and teaching fitness for over 30 years now, and it never gets old. It is a passion that I live every day. Whether I’m coaching a Weightlifting 101 class or training someone for a marathon, the reward comes from being there from start to finish, helping them through the stumbling blocks and keeping them motivated to keep going.

Crossfit gave me a platform to physically and mentally push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. It gave me a chance to challenge myself and try to get better every day. I thought I was satisfied with that, but then coaching Crossfit gave me an entirely new outlook. It gave me a chance to help others push themselves harder than they ever had, reach goals they never thought possible, and have fun while doing it. Seeing the smiles and camaraderie that we have here at 110 makes everyday a blast. There are no egos in this gym, everyone supports everyone else. That is what Crossfit is all about for me, pushing each other to be better everyday.
After I graduated from college, I focused so much on my career in IT, that I let go of my athletic and fitness pursuits. I found myself in my 30s, not liking what I saw in the mirror. I tried the globo gym scene, but I didn’t enjoy it and couldn’t keep myself motivated. My wife, Stephanie, started at CrossFit 110 and convinced me to give it a try. I have to admit, I didn’t want to; I figured I would hate it and quit. The exact opposite happened. I loved it and couldn’t get enough. I became a coach to help others see the impact CrossFit could have in their lives. I genuinely enjoy motivating people to improve their own health and fitness. I love sharing CrossFit with my wife and our 3 boys, and the rest of the amazing community of people at CrossFit 110. It has truly become like an extended family for us there.
