Our goal at CrossFit110 is to provide members with a safe and effective path to their health and fitness goals. Our team of professionals make the challenge of getting fit and healthy rewarding and achievable by focusing on results-based training and modern nutrition principles. CrossFit110 members thrive in a positive environment built on encouragement, fun, accountability, and shared success.

  • The day I took my first class at CrossFit110 I was an out of shape 58 year old who was never able to stick with any fitness routine. Initially I wasn’t even sure I could do the “Workout of the Day.” I am proud to say I am still here 2 years later. I have lost 27lbs, dropped 5 pant sizes, and am able to do things I never thought possible!

  • As a Div 1 hockey player at Brown I have spent a lot of time training but, like many of us life got busy, and working out took a back seat. In 2013 I pledged to make my health a priority and tried CrossFit110. Today I am 50 lbs lighter, feel better than ever and am training to run my first marathon!

  • I had never played sports and had struggled with my weight since childhood. I didn’t think it was possible to be happy with my body. Crossfit110 surrounded me with positive people, helped me achieve amazing results, and proved that I can do things I never thought were possible. This is a second home and the people are a part of my extended family. 

  • Growing up I didn’t play sports, I rarely did anything athletic and never considered myself to be an athlete. After a number of health related issues, I stepped about as far out of my comfort zone as I could and started with Susanne at CrossFit110. Four years later and at 40 years old I am in the best shape of my life both physically and mentally. The coaches and community are my support and inspiration on this journey. They have changed my life.

  • I joined Crossfit 110 in July of 2014. I weighed 240lbs and had not worked out consistently for 5 years. I was beginning to have some health issues as a result of poor health. CrossFit ultimately changed my life. I have lost over 40lbs and am now in the best shape of my life. I am working on strength and fitness goals that I would have never before thought possible.
